This is a personalized type of coaching to assist in guiding you to cultivate and integrate present-moment awareness. This occurs through practicing exercises such as meditation, breathwork, and mindfully embodied movement.

This is a form of guided support that helps you use very small, non‑psychoactive doses of psilocybin in a structured, intentional way to support a safe and effective experience.
-The goal of microdosing is not to induce a psychedelic journey but to support mental, emotional, and creative growth.
-I will offer help with setting the intention of microdosing, personalized dosing guidance, education on what to expect & how to hold space for the plant medicine, and supporting integrating of insights from the experience into your daily life.
